Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Rapid Appraisal Services, LLC (“RAS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit diminishedvalue.pro, use our eligibility questionnaire, contact us, or interact with our appraisal services.
1. Information we collect
We collect contact information, questionnaire details about an accident and vehicle, communications, service records, and information you choose to provide. Our site and service providers may also process device, browser, IP address, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, and security or diagnostic information.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate and improve the website and services, review requests, respond by telephone or email, maintain records, prevent abuse, secure and troubleshoot the site, measure performance when analytics are allowed, comply with law, and protect legal rights.
3. When we disclose information
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to infrastructure and service providers including Replit, Cloudflare, Resend, and Clerk; to professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary; or to a successor in a business transaction, subject to applicable law.
4. Analytics, cookies, and local storage
We use necessary local storage to remember site settings and your analytics choice. Optional privacy-conscious analytics measure limited site activity only when allowed. Current custom analytics do not receive contact information or questionnaire answers. Third-party services may use their own technologies where necessary to provide requested security, authentication, or other functions.
5. Legal bases and state availability
We process information to respond to requests, provide services, operate and secure our business, comply with law, and, where required, based on consent. Submitting a form does not establish eligibility or create an appraisal, legal, insurance, or public-adjusting engagement.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including business and legal recordkeeping. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; opt out of certain processing; or appeal a denied request. Send requests to privacy@ras.claims. We may verify identity and retain information where permitted or required.
8. Children
The website and questionnaire are intended for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the questionnaire.
9. External links and United States processing
External sites have their own privacy practices. Information is processed in the United States and may be transferred to locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. Material changes may also be announced on the site. Contact Rapid Appraisal Services, LLC at privacy@ras.claims or (877) 754-1232.
