Terms of Use

Last updated: September 4, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to diminishedvalue.pro and its questionnaires, guides, downloads, and other website features, operated by Rapid Appraisal Services, LLC. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use the site for another person or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. Educational information—not legal or insurance advice

Site content is general educational information about vehicle appraisal and diminished value. It is not legal, insurance coverage, or tax advice, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional familiar with your circumstances.

3. Preliminary questionnaire and no guaranteed outcome

Questionnaire results are preliminary screening information only. They do not determine coverage, liability, legal rights, licensing availability, vehicle value, claim validity, or recovery, and no site statement guarantees acceptance, payment, or a particular result.

4. RAS’s role and state limitations

RAS provides independent vehicle appraisal services where legally permitted. RAS is not acting as your attorney, insurer, insurance agent, public adjuster, fiduciary, or claims representative and does not negotiate settlements or promise a recovery.

5. No engagement created by site use

Visiting the site, downloading a guide, submitting the questionnaire, or communicating with RAS does not by itself create an appraisal engagement or other professional relationship. Paid work is governed by separate written terms.

6. Contact permission

Submitting the questionnaire authorizes RAS to contact you by telephone or email about that request. It does not provide consent to text messages or promotional or automated marketing communications.

7. Your information and responsibilities

You agree to provide information you reasonably believe is accurate and are authorized to share. You remain responsible for notices, deadlines, policy requirements, legal advice, insurer communications, and claim decisions.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the site unlawfully or fraudulently, infringe rights, impersonate others, interfere with security, bypass controls, introduce malicious code, overload the site, or commercially exploit site materials except as permitted by law or written permission.

9. Intellectual property

The site, branding, original text, graphics, reports, and downloadable materials are owned by RAS or its licensors. RAS grants a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal, noncommercial evaluation of its services.

10. Refund Policy

You may request cancellation and a refund before a diminished-value report is completed and delivered. Once completed and delivered, the service has been fully performed and is nonrefundable. RAS does not guarantee payment, settlement, recovery, or any claim result. Request cancellation promptly at (877) 754-1232 or refunds@ras.claims. Separate written appraisal terms control if they differ.

11. Third-party services and links

RAS does not control or endorse third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and public content are provided “as is” and “as available.” RAS disclaims implied warranties and does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or suitable content.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAS and its personnel and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or loss from reliance on public content. Total liability from public site use will not exceed $100 where permitted.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes concerning the public site or these Terms must be brought in a court with jurisdiction where RAS maintains its principal Texas office unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

15. Changes, severability, and entire agreement

Changes apply prospectively when posted unless law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning public site use.
